Greetings! I'm Meghan- a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist experienced working with children, adults, couples and families. I have specialized experience working with neurodivergent children and teens and helping them, and their families navigate life after diagnosis. Many of my clients have felt the struggles of not having the relationships they want (with their child/children, siblings, spouse, friends) and are interested in shifting to more rewarding, authentic relationships that don't feel like such a struggle.
I'm a holistic therapist who is passionate about helping my clients become more connected with themselves and others around them. I use integrative therapies and techniques that honor the mind body connection and are tailored to best meet each client's unique needs. I create a safe and trusting space to listen to your specific concerns without judgement.
We will explore your relationships, including with yourself, and how you show up in the world. Together, we will explore what would lead to the most fulfilled version of you.
