I firmly believe that therapy should be individualized and collaborative, tailored to meet your unique needs. As a certified hypnotherapist, I leverage various techniques to ensure a personalized experience, including the application of interpersonal neurobiology. Therapy is a profoundly cathartic journey, one that may require us to confront challenging experiences and navigate through difficult emotions.
I wholeheartedly acknowledge the courage it takes to address the events you have been through or are currently facing. As your therapist, my primary objective is to provide unwavering support throughout this process. I am currently accepting adult clients and have limited availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during regular business hours.
I’m very passionate about what I do and I have an extensive background in many different styles and approaches to therapy.
