Life has many challenges and obstacles that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, scared, sad and sometimes unsure of how to move forward. At times in our lives, we all need someone to listen and support us through those tough times without judgement. In the 12 years I have been providing therapy services, I have learned that every person and every experience is unique.
No two people have the same reaction to a similar circumstance. Everyone needs to be able to have their own feelings and experiences without feeling they are being compared and treated as others. I am here to walk this journey with you and help you process feelings, support you through your process and learn skills to deal with intense emotions.
I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, depression and anxiety by providing a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing environment providing emotional support you need to work through life issues you are experiencing or have experienced that are still impacting you. I am only providing telehealth services on weekdays at this time.
