I am dedicated to making a space in therapy for all of your parts, to help connect you back to your true self, through curiosity and honesty with the goal of integrating all parts of your self. Whether you are seeking support as a couple, family, or individual, I am here to guide you on your journey towards healing and growth. Using IFS-informed interventions and attachment theory, I provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore and understand your emotions, relationships, and personal challenges. My goal is to help you know and enjoy yourself more deeply, so that you can do the same with others in your life.
I want to help my clients through IFS-informed interventions, as well as using attachment theory to best understand where my clients are coming from, in order to help get them to where they want to be. I am also trained through Gottman Level 1 to help couples wanting to cultivate friendship back into their relationships and learn to better manage conflict.
