I work from a person-centered approach, I believe therapy should be about meeting you where you are at and working together from there. I strive to create a client/therapist relationship that is rooted in trust, caring, and respect to enable us to collaborate on working towards your goals. I enjoy helping my clients leave therapy with new insights and perspectives to help lead a full and enriching life.
I specialize in working with trauma and mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder. I also work with anxiety disorders, specifically generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am passionate about neurodiversity and my practice focuses on processing your unique circumstances and finding tools that are the right fit for you.
