Everyone faces challenges in their life, and sometimes those challenges feel overwhelming and impossible to take on. As a Licensed Social Worker, I work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with diverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, and anger management.
I also have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault, individuals struggling with serve persistent mental illness, and those with intellectual disabilities.
Depending upon the individual and their needs, I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as sand tray therapy, strength-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, and play therapy.
