I utilize evidence-based techniques such as: mindfulness, expressive therapy, solution focused therapy, CBT, DBT, grief counseling. My areas of expertise are, depression, anxiety, ADHD, narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship issues, self-esteem and infidelity recovery.
