My work is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for well-being, growth, and healing. With a safe environment, the conditions are created to let go of shame and judgements around emotions and behaviors, creating space to cultivate curiosity, acceptance, and compassion about your experiences. My intention is to create the conditions that allow you to closely examine your life and values… and ultimately cultivate and achieve your goals. I offer a warm, supportive, and safe space for transformational inner work that leads to lasting growth and change.
The therapeutic relationship provides a unique opportunity to explore aspects of ourselves that can be difficult to look at alone. Together, we will work towards understanding the root of the issues you are dealing with and, in turn, create new healthy patterns and ways of relating. I welcome individuals, couples, teens, and families into my practice.
I incorporate humanistic psychology, attachment theory, depth psychology, mindfulness, and somatic healing modalities. My approach is authentic, nurturing, and a little humorous at times. I offer a warm and compassionate environment for you to experience meaningful connection and feel supported moving through the challenges that life presents.
