Hi, I'm glad you're here! Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, and I'm so excited for you to find the therapist who feels like a match to you. I have experience working with relationships, eating disorders, addiction, mood disorders and trauma and I regularly work with adults, adolescents, and couples. I believe therapeutic work needs to be collaborative to be successful. My philosophy is to support the individuals and couples I work with in reaching the goals they set for themselves through treatment plans we create together.
I work from a strengths based perspective. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, I can help you to learn skills to reach your goals and process challenges with you. When working with couples, I use Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.
