I adore working with neurodivergent, queer folk who really like exploring different aspects of themselves or people who really need different skills for navigating the world; whether that be exploring new ways of approaching therapy or figuring out why the old ways haven't worked. Sometimes that looks like learning about different parts of the brain and why it functions the way it does, and sometimes that looks like exploring different ways of grounding even if you feel reluctant about meditation.
I've had extensive training in EMDR, Anchored Relational Therapy (formerly AIR Network), as well as IFS and other relational centered therapies and love exploring big ideas with clients to help you understand what's going on in your brain and how to get it to work with you.
