You should be proud you have finally decided to take the courageous (and I’m sure anxiety provoking…that’s perfectly normal) step to reach out for help. I can provide therapy from a Christian perspective for those that want this. I also have experience working with pastors and health care workers dealing with burnout.
My therapy approach focuses on creating a safe and nonjudgmental presence to meet you where you are while teaching you new skills to help you feel better. I approach things from a holistic perspective as sometimes other health issues may be at the root of your mental health symptoms. I look at mind, body, and spirit in my work with clients.
