For ten years prior to being a therapist, I have been a Parent Educator, a postpartum doula, a Lactation Consultant and a Childbirth Educator. I am uniquely qualified to work with persons who are desiring to be pregnant, trying to conceive, mourning the loss of a pregnancy, or those who have recently had a baby or babies! I also enjoy working with teens, those on the cusp of adulthood and anyone who is struggling with a transition in their partnership or their career. We can work together to discover and discuss your values and what may be holding you back from achieving your goals and dreams. I look forward to hearing from you!
I tap into ACT, DBT, CBT and mindful self compassion in my therapeutic approach. I do not believe in a one size fits all model. People are so unique and creative and a clinicians’ therapeutic approach should reflect the needs and goals of the client.
Asking for help can be so hard and humbling. Its essential that I create a safe space so clients can feel heard, validated and empowered to make changes. If you’re looking for a warm and supportive clinician, please reach out for a 15 min intro call!
