I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD with teens and adults. Additionally, I use REBT coupled with a person-centered approach to help you explore connections between your thoughts and feelings to see how these affect your daily life and relationships.
There is not a cure for OCD or anxiety, but I will meet you where you are in your journey. My priority in our therapy sessions is safe collaboration in which you feel empowered to explore your life story and change the messages that you send yourself. I look forward to working with you!
