I work with those overwhelmed and exhausted by anxiety and bring a compassionate, gentle presence to those carrying the wounds of trauma, perhaps for many years. I treat a variety of concerns, and seek to validate my clients' life experiences without judgement, helping them connect to their emotions while retaining a sense of choice and empowerment.
The pain and struggle that accompany panic, anxiety, depression, trauma and other difficulties only add to the challenge of finding a way out. I work with my clients to find the way out that is specific to them- that may fit 'just right' because it is safe and steady and because I am an ally from here onward.
