I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in West Virginia and Ohio, who obtained both my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from WVU. I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Skill Building, and Motivational Interviewing predominately throughout our time together! I have diverse experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and complex trauma in individuals ages 9 to 40. However, helping others navigate anxiety and life’s ambiguity is where I truly shine!
