In my life, I have had many experiences that guided me to the world of social work, such as becoming a teen mom and experiencing the loss of people very close to me. These experiences led me to want to provide support to people in the midst of their own challenges. In my work, I use an eclectic and holistic approach believing there is no one-size-fits-all. I believe treating each person as a unique individual and considering their own set of experiences and cultural backgrounds. I love to get to know the people I work with and build connections during our therapeutic process.
I aim to build psychologically safe spaces where my clients can have the security to explore emotions, experiences, and build coping skills to put in their toolbox.
