Whether you are entering into counseling for the first time or returning, my goal is to provide a safe and trusting environment to help you work towards being your authentic self. I will help you to discover and utilize your strengths as well as provide a sounding board for any issues you'd like to discuss in therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as well as other evidence based practices to meet you where you are at and encourage you towards further growth. I will collaborate with you to help you achieve greater overall wellness and life satisfaction.
I have worked with a diverse set of presenting concerns such as anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, addiction, women's issues, and trauma. I have experience working with first responders as well as other helping professionals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold both national and addiction counseling certifications.
