I focus on creating goals, solutions, process one's past and life circumstances, and teach skills and strategies that will reduce uncomfortable and unpleasant emotions. I provide hypnotherapy and biofeedback for pain management and anxiety/panic as added tools to reduce physcial and emotional discomfort.
I specialize in pain-management, stress-management, weight management, binge-eating disorder and bariatric behavioral changes, living with chronic illness, depression, anxiety and panic related disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, and trauma-related issues. I specialize in Bariatric Psychological Evaluations and Spinal Simulator Evaluations.
Rosecrans & Associates is accepting new patients. I provide therapeutic and evaluation services for ages 16 and older in office or remotely through telehealth.
