I have been licensed in the state of NC for over 13 years and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings I am trained and proficient in multiple research based modalities of treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
