My clinical experience has focused on serving those who experience anxiety, depression, family and marriage/relationship struggles, PTSD (veterans, military active duty, first responders). Most clients I see are striving to understand what they are feeling and sometimes why they are having certain symptoms. Therapeutic intervention can help guide a client to finding some of those answers and creating goals to help them live with more peace and happiness.
My therapeutic approach is diverse as every client I work with is experiencing diverse struggles. In the session, I am positive, ready to listen to your experiences both positive and negative, and implement a collaborative approach to treatment. I am direct, interactive, and compassionately honest. I am EMDR certified and use this technique for trauma.
