I specialize in the treatment of anger, anxiety, depression, life-transitions, adjustment difficulties, body image issues, self-esteem building, work challenges, trauma/grief/loss, and stress management.
My goal as a therapist is to help you experience healing, growth, and change. Through empathy and without judgment you can process life events that are overwhelming.
