I am a Master's level clinician with my LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in the State of Ohio, as well as my School Counseling License in Ohio, NJ and NC.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults (middle school through 40s) with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life changes, family conflict and school issues.
I utilize a blend of counseling theories when working with my clients, including Person-Centered, CBT, Reality Therapy, DBT, and Mindfulness/Spirituality/Yoga-based strategies. I have a passion for helping people and find it an honor to work in this field and to be part of the SonderMind Community.
