It is an honor and my life work to walk alongside you, and together we will navigate restoration of mind, body and spiritual wellness. Christian counsel and a prayer focus is always available upon request.
As an EMDR trained therapist it becomes a beautiful blueprint to gently peek into your past negative experiences and/or traumas that may still be effecting how you experience life today: anxiety, depression, maladaptive coping, etc. Clearing those distresses through EMDR are the most rewarding moments of my professional life.
My primary objective is to create a safe, peace-filled environment where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged.
