My approach is to partner with you to understand your unique experience and how it formed your story, without judgement. My goal as a clinician is to help you determine how to best move through your current challenge by identifying and exploring possible strategies. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working as a clinician for 10 years. I specialize in grief, loss, depression and trauma.
I have worked with people of all different ages, with diverse ethnic, cultural, sexual orientations and identities. I have had the opportunity to work in various settings (hospital, hospice, crisis/trauma centers) throughout the country in Colorado, Alabama, Tennessee, and now have happily found my home in Boston.
All of these experiences and working with people from all over the country have made me a well-rounded clinician. Therapy can be an excellent opportunity to begin healing and help you identify your path moving forward with more insight and strategies. It would be a privilege to accompany you on this journey.
