Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Oklahoma and Texas. I received my Masters Degree from Oral Roberts University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people quit settling for the lives they have and start crafting the lives they dream of. This forward movement helps people become unstuck and often significantly reduces anxiety and depression.
I take an integrative approach to counseling by incorporating therapeutic exercises and practices from a multitude of counseling methods. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling unburdened and with a sense of clarity or direction for next steps.
