I have over ten years of experience working in the field of social work with trauma support, drug and alcohol services, child services, victim advocacy, and community-based case management.
I completed my Bachelor's Degree at Penn State University in Psychology in 2013 and my Master's Degree in Social Work at Marywood University in 2023. I most often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalytic therapy.
