Change can be unsettling. I offer a comfy cozy vibe and safe place to unload and sort things out. I offer traditional, person-centered talk therapy as well as breathwork, mindful movement, and trauma reprocessing.
Using a holistic approach, I honor the mind, body, and spirit connection by using nature and yoga in addition to more traditional techniques. With the use of adaptive skills, increased awareness, and shared insights, we can work together to help you achieve fulfillment.
