Needing someone to talk to is human, or writing or art feels safer if you do not like to talk. I am a therapist committed to listening to you and giving you a space in whatever capacity you may need. I typically see anyone 12+ (I have a huge population of young adults.) Have a seat, bring your coffee and the things on your mind.
I offer a holistic client centered psychotherapy. I have a back ground in dual diagnosis and intensive treatment for teens. I am looking to work with individuals who find themselves forgetting how to use tools or needing new tools in areas such as anxiety, depression, difficult situations, and self-esteem. I am trained in CBT, DBT, MI and TF-CBT.
Every person has a story that is worth being listened to, and nobody should have to go through chapters easy or difficult alone. Therapy is a place to help yourself find tools, guidance, healing and or a voice. In my practice as a therapist I strive to create a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental environment.
