My aim is to help you develop a stronger and healthier sense of self and understand that you do have the capacity to grow and move forward.
Therapy is not a one-size fits all process and it is up to you to determine what fits your needs best. Don't be discouraged if you discover your first encounter with therapy doesn't meet your expectations. I am an, EMDR Certified therapist and additionally offer other therapy approaches to meet your needs.
