Megan Loney works with Central Arkansas kids, adults, and families to lead happier lives, achieve educational goals and develop their strengths. In order to do that, she uses several counseling theories, including Adlerian therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. Megan provides individual and family services for patients at Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services.
Megan’s treatment goal is to provide effective mental health services to clients of all ages to help them live their healthiest, happiest lives. Megan has gone through Phase 1 of Brainspotting and can now provide clients with this exciting new technique. This technique can be used to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, and much more.
