I have specialized training/experience working with mood disorders, grief/loss, eating disorders, personality disorders, sexual abuse/incest and children/adolescents. I use a variety of clinical frameworks, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT and play therapy. I continually learn new interventions and techniques to provide the most effective and efficient therapy.
One of my unique specializations and gifts is working with children. Through play therapy, I quickly engage and make the therapeutic experience meaningful and fun for your child.
