My preferred approach with clients comes from my own experience in what really works to heal, recover, and create change. As cliché as it is, I truly believe that “we’ve got to feel it to heal it.” My approach is experiential - and emotion and attachment-focused. This really just means I think some of the best healing happens in our connection with others, starting with working on our relationship with ourselves. I also use curiosity, compassion, and an understanding that every situation is unique to create a personalized approach.
Sometimes it is so hard to see clearly and sift through everything we are thinking and feeling. Getting to the heart of the problem, clearing out the beliefs that no longer serve us, and expanding on inner strength and resiliency is where the magic happens. This can be done as an individual, couple, or family.
