I am accepting new clients. I help new and expectant parents embrace their unique parenting journey. I know firsthand that there is no job more challenging—or more sacred—than that of a parent. As parents we often feel guilt, disappointment, grief, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt. Albeit painful, these emotions can be powerful catalysts for healing and growth. I help parents shift out of fear based emotions and into love so that they can be more joyful and fully present for both themselves and their children.
I aim to show up as authentically as possible in session so that you can do the same. I am endlessly patient and understanding because as a mama of four, I get it. In session you can feel free to laugh, cry, curse, or just take a moment to reflect in silence. My job is to create a loving and nonjudgmental space so can show up as your raw, real self.
I hope to help you discover that your mission as a parent is in fact twofold. Yes, you are here to nurture and love your children. But to love your children well, you must first learn how to nurture and love yourself. I look forward to helping you gain new insights, heal past wounds, learn new tools, and embrace the beauty of your unique parenting journey.
