I provide psychotherapy services for individuals 18 years and older. My areas of interest and expertise include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Stress Reduction, Adjustment/Phase of Life Transitions, Mindfulness, Lifestyle Enhancement, Sleep, and Behavior/Habit Change.
Psychotherapy will be individually tailored to best meet your needs. My approach is integrative and collaborative, utilizing different strategies that have been proven to be highly effective, while establishing and maintaining a solid working rapport and environment.
I have obtained training in several "evidence-based psychotherapies" (EBPs), which are highly researched and proven approaches or techniques to successfully treat different psychological issues. These include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
