We are living in a time with so many stressors, but you are taking the right steps by seeking a partner in therapy. I have a passion for helping people get through the hurdles of life and come out with a new perspective. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, medical issues, caregiver stress, parenting, end of life issues or something, else I want to join with you so you can work through these things and live a more fulfilled life. I have over 20 years of experience with all age groups in areas of Aging, Dementia, Caregiving, Adoption, School Services, Clinic based Therapy, Parenting and Residential Treatment.

I wanted to bring my knowledge into the private practice realm so I could help a variety of clients. My style is open and fluid based on what your needs are and every client is different. I work through cognitive behavioral, motivational, psychoeducational, and trauma focused perspectives.
