I utilize my training in EMDR along with a cognitive-behavioral (CBT), trauma-focused, strengths-based, client-centered and motivational approach. I specialize in trauma, grief, mood disorders, anxiety and investigating attachment styles. I also have a unique background in athletics, fitness & wellness that I believe influences my process.
