I believe in creating a place for those who are hoping to not only understand their mental health such as feelings of depression, anxiety & PTSD but a safe place to understand self and life satisfaction. My passion extends to those who have suffered from the grit of life such as grief, trauma, substance abuse, and uncertainty as well as working with populations of diagnosis of ADHD, ASD, and other developmental supports. I can also come alongside teens and children to help families advocate for school supports such as 504 and IEP's.
I have spent the last five years working with adults, children and teens, encouraging developmental growth and pairing independence with acceptance, emotion regulation, and daily living skills. My main passion is providing a mental health lens to better support individuals and families seeking unity and life satisfaction.
I know finding the right support can be challenging, my goal is to always meet you where you are at and support based on strengths and desired areas of growth.
