I believe in creating a place for those of the neurodivergent population, or those questioning if they are neurodivergent to be seen, heard, and understood. My passion extends to those who have suffered from the grit of life such as grief, trauma, substance abuse, and uncertainty, and providing a safe space to process the differing events within their lives. I work with individuals, families, and children seeking guidance on understand their unique situations and help navigate the different situations that life may bring expected or unexpected.
I have spent the last five years working with children on the autism spectrum, encouraging developmental growth and pairing independence with acceptance, emotion regulation, and daily living skills. My main passion is providing a mental health lens to better support families seeking unity under the guides off attachment theory and a person-center approach.
