I firmly believe that developing a strong sense of self awareness leads to self compassion and clarity. And that opens you up to make the changes you want that will last.
I work with both teens and adults who come in with issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. They often describe a history of trauma or loss, substance concerns, loneliness, ADHD, low self-esteem and just a wide variety of life challenges. Sometimes people simply say I’m here because my life isn’t going the way I want.
I am passionate about the work I do. My priority is to help you feel safe and comfortable talking with me as we start this journey together. I want you to truly feel heard and supported as we begin to piece things together and develop a plan to help you heal and grow into the person you want to be. I look forward to meeting you!
