There is hope, no matter what you are experiencing. Having someone listen without judgement, genuinely care and assist you in exploring your problems can help. I want to support you in exploring the issues that you are facing and encourage you to discover positive ways to manage your stressors and difficult life situations. Together we can develop a plan for treatment that's best for you. Your therapy will be unique to what you or your family needs. With children, parents will be involved in treatment.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I graduated from East Carolina University with a Masters of Science degree in Counselor Education, an Autism Certificate, an undergraduate degree in Family Community Services. I have been helping families and individuals in the home, agency setting and school system for over fifteen years.
I have a passion for helping individuals and families overcome their difficulties. I work with individuals, families and groups experiencing: ADHD, anxiety, stress, trauma, learning difficulties, career, anger, depression, parenting, coping skills, and peer. I can incorporate spiritual (Christian values/ideas) counseling if desired.
