Welcome and I’m so glad you are here! I believe that life’s circumstances can be overwhelming at times, and everyone can benefit from counseling during difficult seasons. I am genuinely interested and curious about people and the stories they have to tell. As a counselor, I enjoy helping clients develop their own sense of curiosity about themselves to increase self-awareness and foster personal growth. My counseling style is soft, compassionate, empathetic, and caring with poignant and challenging observations when needed. I enjoy sharing a space where my clients can feel seen and cared for to help them reach their goals in life.

When I work with clients who have been through trauma, I find it best to start slow. Initial sessions involve gathering all the necessary information so I can understand where you are struggling. I like to start treatment with psychoeducation and learning new coping skills. I like my clients to feel they have a sense of autonomy in the theraputic process and processing trauma is on their terms.
