Many people turn to counselors to help them cope with the issues of identity, role expectations, and life’s purpose in the hopes of achieving a sense of meaning and intention.
As a counseling professional, I assist people from a variety of different backgrounds with these challenges. I work from a synthesized theoretical framework combining the models of existential philosophy, Adlerian therapy, and the feminist orientation to enact healthy self-concepts and senses of purpose for my clients.
