I love working with motivated clients to explore the root cause of their issues in order to heal old wounds, create harmony in the mind, body and interpersonal relationships. We all hold the inner knowledge of whats best for our lives but sometimes need a gentle guide to help us find our path. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you will feel comfortable sharing difficult feelings & experiences. In my own healing journey I have found a combo of somatic work, EMDR, IFS and psychedelic therapy to be life changing.
A collaborative relationship between client and clinician is essential in fostering a sense of autonomy in one’s therapy process. Therapy is not one size fits all and requires the right fit between client and clinician.
