I utilize evidence based therapies such as CBT and mindfulness based strategies with the intent of helping clients reach their goals and increase their quality of life. I have received specialized training in CBT-Insomnia. I have also received certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, CBT-Chronic Pain and Empowered Relief which is a 2 hour skill building class for chronic pain. I offer individual therapy, skill building classes and individual intensives. Individual intensives encompass 3-9 hours of work over the course of 2-3 days where you will learn about pain or sleep and gain personalized skills for self management.
My focus is on health conditions that can benefit from psychological or behavioral intervention. I also offer pre-surgical psychological assessments.
I only offer HIPAA compliant telehealth therapy at this time.
