As a therapist for the past 15 years I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, EMDR and mindfulness-based techniques to assist people struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD and Autism spectrum disorder. I have a decade of experience working within the school system with children of all ages.
