I graduated from Santa Clara University with a master’s in Counseling Psychology. I am a certified YTT200 Yoga Instructor and a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP). I currently provide low-intensity, high-functioning and maintenance remote psychotherapy services to individuals (no minors, couples or family therapy) with a readiness for self-exploration, gaining insight, building healthy coping skills and increasing distress tolerance, challenging unhelpful narrative and thinking patterns.
I work with issues relating to anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, coping-skills, stress-reduction, women's issues, personal-development, health psychology. I practice collaborative therapy meaning the client is an active part of setting therapy goals, treatment and progress.
I have found a large part of therapy is helping people foster self-compassion, find their inner wisdom, and live more authenticity. We will get along if you are open to mindfulness, somatics, strength-based, internal family systems and cognitive therapies and if you like an encouraging therapist who can have a playful sense of humor.
