I work with children (ages 4 and up and younger on a case by case basis), adolescents, families, and young adults. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe space to foster a sense of growth and healing in those I work with. It is a great honor to empower others to make positive changes in their life to aid in their healing process. I work collaboratively with children and their parents to help you understand one another and try and find healing for your child and family. I am interested in working with children of all ages with a variety of issues such as trauma, grief and loss, behavioral challenges, anxiety, and attachment issues.
I am trained in TFCBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TBRI (Trust Based Relational Interventions), and TST (Trauma Systems Therapy). I pull from modalities such as play therapy, narrative therapy, and others however I do my best to adapt my techniques to be fitting for each of my client’s individual needs.
