I have devoted my career to helping women, children, and adolescents. With a background in complex trauma, attachment, play therapy, and parenting, I'm here to offer a compassionate and skilled approach to therapy. I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship above all else and strive to always establish safety and benevolence. My goal is to help you understand and accept yourself, empowering you to navigate life’s difficulties with confidence and resilience.
I offer a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to best meet your needs, including Child-Parent Psychotherapy, play therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Circle of Security, and trauma-sensitive yoga. Additionally, as a board-approved supervisor, I also offer clinical supervision to social workers.
Therapy can sometimes feel intimidating. My goal is to always provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment to foster growth and healing. In my experience, there is not one therapeutic modality that works for everyone; therefore, I use an integrated, specialized approach with every client.
