I truly believe that the most positive outcomes in therapy happen when the therapeutic relationship is a good fit. With this core value in mind, I work with you to help you feel safe, understood, and supported, throughout our time together. I provide a calming environment where you can take time out of your busy week and focus on yourself and your unique goals. I work collaboratively with you to create positive change within yourself and your relationships. My goal is to help you improve your life and happiness, lower stress and negative feelings, and identify negative patterns or behaviors that are no longer serving you.
I work with a diverse client population but I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, interpersonal conflict, relationship issues, infidelity, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma. Most of my clients are between the ages of 13 and 45 years old.
