I specialize in holistic psychotherapy, with years of training and experience helping individuals and couples heal with techniques including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness and Meditation, Interpersonal Therapy, DBT, CBT, IFS, yogic philosophies, and more. I earned my M.A. at New Mexico State and my B.A. at UCLA.
My work is unique as I combine being a Clinical Psychotherapist with being a certified yoga instructor to provide you holistic support as you adapt to life's challenges, heal what needs healing, and reach your goals to live your best life.
